Anyone serving customers across that area owes them an honest answer about what works from a distance and what does not. Most of the work does: building and running Azure environments, configuring Microsoft 365, identity and policy work in Entra ID and Intune, patch and vulnerability management, evaluating security signals, backup monitoring and regular restore testing.

Equipping users no longer requires a visit either: with Windows Autopilot, new laptops ship straight to the workplace and enrol themselves into managed state at first start-up, pulling their configuration automatically. Someone has to be on site wherever hardware or people are involved: racking and cabling servers and switches, first-time commissioning of clusters on platforms such as Azure Local (marketed as Azure Stack HCI until November 2024), rework on network segmentation, surveying conditions in production and warehouse buildings, changeover weekends that need physical access, issuing and registering security keys, and training sessions that measurably benefit from being in the room.

We bundle appointments like these into travel blocks rather than scattering them across weeks — that keeps travel time as a cost driver small and makes scheduling predictable for both sides. For sites without their own IT staff, we agree in advance who provides hands on the ground: a briefed employee, the facilities team, or a regional partner for purely physical steps at the device.

Our service hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 CET; monitoring and automated detection run continuously as a technical matter, with on-call availability and a managed SOC as contractual add-ons. Across the state the recurring demand is infrastructure modernisation, NIS2 preparation and orderly, documented IT operations — subjects that do not stop at the town sign.
