Our client required a complete carve-out of their IT infrastructure – with the expectation of executing the transition in a structured, secure manner, and without unnecessary downtime. The existing IT was deeply integrated into shared structures; infrastructure components had to be disentangled, central services transferred to a standalone environment, and risks in parallel operation managed.
